We are currently offering the Intro Course at the New Orleans Public Library, and with the mentors at Daughters Beyond Incarceration.

If you would like to offer this course with youth you serve, please contact Nicole@yeahyoga.org. We have a mobile teaching team who can come to your location, or we can find a location in your community to hold classes.

In 2024, we are excited to Launch a 200-hour Youth Yoga Teacher Training program specifically designed for youth impacted by the carceral system to become teachers recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

Highlights:

  • Modular design - for increased flexibility to accommodate youth in transition and those juggling multiple responsibilities with home and school.
  • Healing-focused and trauma-informed - content and learning.
  • Career path - provides young people with a career path and employment skills.
